Jacqueline Miller attended Prairie View A&M University and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking and MBA in Business Administration. Jacqueline Miller has worked in the health care industry for more than 30 years, which brought her to Houston. She has been the president and CEO of the following corporations: Optimal In-Home Care, Inc., since 1996, Optimal Community Support Services since 1996, which are both Home Health Care Agencies, providing needed Home Health Care Services to clients throughout Houston, Texas, and surrounding counties. We partnered with the Department of Labor (DOL), as a Registered Apprenticeship Program, while providing jobs for over 200 employees, throughout the Greater Houston and surrounding counties. She is a Community Liaison, Business Mentor and Coach for startups.
She founded Optimal Community Development Services in 2013, which is a 501C3. Optimal Community Development Services’ mission is to serve as an agency through which programs may be developed to provide job development for young adults and provide support to the elderly population needing financial support to pay for In-Home Care attendant services, to improve their quality of life, and to allow them to continue to live in the comforts of their home. She strives to create a brighter, more compassionate world for all. Through donations we will fund and train young entrepreneurs and provide them with real-world experience through business ideals, which will foster their problem-solving skills by letting them try and fail. Connect the youth with local business organizations and schools to create mentorship programs. We strive to create a brighter, more compassionate world for all.
